Our training course is a unique and mandatory experience for those who wish to work with us as a Show Cooking Chef specializing in pasta.
From March 25-28 or March 30-April 2, at Metro Academy Milano, you’ll learn to prepare and serve authentic Italian pasta and sauces directly to luxury hotel guests in international settings. In addition to culinary skills, we’ll teach you how to manage relationships with guests on vacation, offering them a taste of Italy wherever they are. Upon completion of the course, you’ll sign a contract for the summer season 2026 with a prestigious Italian tour operator, ready for a working adventure around the world!
