Our training course is a unique and mandatory experience for those who wish to work with us as a Show Cooking Chef specializing in pasta.
From March 7 to 11 or March 12 to 16, at a hotel in the province of Brescia, you will learn how to prepare and serve authentic Italian pastas and sauces directly in front of luxury hotel guests in international settings. In addition to culinary skills, we will teach you how to manage your relationship with vacationing clients, giving them a taste of Italy wherever they are. Upon completion of the course, you will sign a contract for the 2025 summer season with a prestigious Italian tour operator, ready for a working adventure around the world!
